Another bridge completion in Tioga County today, as the Holden Brook Road (SR 4017) crossing over Holden Creek in Osceola Township reopened. (JV133).

The bridge was closed for reconstruction in late August while the work was performed by Glenn O. Hawbaker, a State College, PA based company.

After six months of construction a total of 23 bridges have been completed statewide, four in the east region, eight in the central region and 11 in the west region.
