The Public-Private Partnership (P3) project that's rebuilding 558 bridges across Pennsylvania completed another bridge in Monroe County today, as PA 611 crossing over Tobyhanna Creek in Tobyhanna Township reopened.
The bridge was closed for reconstruction in mid-March and reopened to traffic the afternoon of June 2. The work was performed by Walsh Construction.
