Dunmore, PA – An overnight ramp closure on I-80 eastbound, located between exits 260 and 262 in Butler Township, Luzerne County, scheduled from 7.00 PM on Thursday, October 11, to 6:00 AM on Friday, October 12, for paving work has been canceled due to the weather.

The final paving work is part of the project that replaced the bridge carrying Z. H. Confair Memorial Highway Ramp E over I-81 WB bridge in September 2017, and is part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's (PennDOT) Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.

This bridge is referred to as JV-141 and is one out of the 558 bridges being replaced under the Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. JV references the joint-venture partnership between Walsh/Granite, which is leading construction for the entire project.
