Along with representatives from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and Missouri Department of Transportation, Scott and Robert will discuss the delivery of recent rapid-replacement campaigns in Massachusetts, Missouri and Pennsylvania. Speakers will discuss the technology used to stay on top of the work, how that technology is changing and what they would use to take on similar construction programs in the future.
