Roadway repairs through the work zone for the Route 15 bridge project, spanning Black Hole Creek in Clinton Township, Lycoming County, are scheduled for April 13, 2017.
Construction crews will be making repairs to the rumble strips through the work zone and placing asphalt to the areas in need of repair. Traffic will encounter a single lane flagging operation between 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Major delays are expected. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes during this time.
In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen activities, this schedule may change.
This bridge is referred to as JV-106 and is one out of 558 bridges being replaced under the Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. JV references the joint-venture partnership between Walsh/Granite, which is leading construction for the entire project.
