Replacing the bridges will provide motorists with new, modern structures and allow PennDOT to remove them from their structurally deficient list.
Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners consists of both local and world class companies, experienced in delivering major public infrastructure works. The consortium will finance, design, construct and maintain the bridges for 28-year term
